About Kate Tushti Tingey
I’ve practised Yoga since my early 20’s and 5 years ago I decided to become a qualified Yoga Teacher. I took the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course 1 which led me to train as a Teacher with Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales. A 500+ hour teacher training course at the Ashram, online and in study groups.
I’m qualified in many aspects of Yoga including Asana (Posture work), Pranayama (Breath work), Meditation, and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
I enjoy Mantra Yoga (the Yoga of Sound) in Chanting and this directly led me to train and become qualified as a Sound Practitioner and Therapist.
I want to enjoy and share as much of these practices as I can in my Weekly Classes, One to One sessions, on Day Retreats and at Festivals with people who want to feel better about themselves physically, mentally and emotionally.
I welcome Every Body to my classes. There’s a place for Yoga & Sounds in Every Body. You are not too thin, too fat, too stiff, too old, too [insert your own word here] to do Yoga or enjoy Sound Therapy.
All you need to ‘do’ Yoga is a body, a curious and inquisitive mind and a mat.
To benefit from Sound Therapy, all you need is to enjoy listening to and feeling vibrational healing Sounds.
